Questions, answered

How do I pay for tickets?
Pay directly with Mobile Money: MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or AT Money. Confirm the prompt on your phone and your ticket is generated instantly.
How do I get into the event?
Every ticket comes with a unique QR code in the app. The organizer scans it at the gate and you're in, no printing required.
Can I sell my own event?
Yes. Switch to organizer mode, get verified, create your event with ticket tiers and directions, and start selling. Your event goes live once approved.
Can I cancel a ticket and get a refund?
Yes. You have a 3-day window after buying to cancel and get refunded to your ShowTiC wallet. After those 3 days the sale is final and the money is released to the organizer. Tickets bought within 3 days of the event are final immediately.
How do organizers get paid?
Ticket revenue is held in escrow for a 3-day refund window so buyers can still cancel. After that it's released to your in-app wallet — or immediately if the ticket is bought within 3 days of the event — and you can withdraw it to your Mobile Money account.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Passwords are hashed, sensitive identity data is encrypted at rest, and payments are processed securely.
